It is a proud and memorable moment for FUCHSIA as we launch the brand new website. It has been an exciting and extremely challenging 4 months, conceptualising and designing the new online portal. Feedback and suggestions by readers and supporters have been immense in guiding the development of features and options which are tailored to the needs of the community, both in terms of design and functionality.

The new website aims to provide a complete package to all visitors. The updated and improved “About Us” sections gives any visitor a detailed insight in to the team behind FUCHSIA, both the editorial team and the rapidly expanding team of Contributing Writers. If you are interested in finding out how FUCHSIA can provide you a platform for your services or any product, check out the “Advertise” section.

With the new website FUCHSIA also launches Urdu Podcast, which features Urdu stories for children, for the first time in Singapore. This provides an excellent opportunity for children to get exposure to Urdu in a fun and interesting way.

The new website is launched with the May “Mother’s Day” issue. Get up close and personal with Fahad Hussayn and Aamina Sheikh in celebrity interviews. Our Mother’s Day special article “Your Monster Mom” is a must read. In this issue we are also launching a new column, “Meg B ki Karaari Baatein”. Smile and enjoy as Meghna Dua tells you her thoughts on the latest from Bollywood.

With refreshed passions and aspirations, FUCHSIA enters a new chapter with the new website. Team FUCHSIA looks forward to hearing what you think about it.

Regards,

Rabia Hassan
